She's also patient. Any change that could alter what your process produces waits for your approval. The only changes she makes alone are the ones that cannot break anything, and even those are written down, with an undo.
Why we built her
Because process documents rot, and everyone knows it. Companies write down how work should happen, then the writing and the work drift apart, and nobody has time to reconcile them. Improvement programs launch with posters and fade by summer.
AI made the rot stranger. Parts of your processes now run as AI sessions: instructions nobody maintains, costs nobody watches. Continuous improvement grew up around human work; the AI half has nothing like it yet.
And the popular fix, letting an AI loop rewrite its own instructions, gives you changes with no evidence behind them and no way back when one goes wrong.
We built Stella to be the opposite. She improves processes from what really happens when they run.
